In response to the spread of the Covid-19 virus (coronavirus), Ken Routledge Plumbing & Heating are taking steps to help prevent the spread of the virus, and to safeguard the wellbeing of our customers and staff.
We are putting the following procedures in place, with immediate effect:
We are limiting face to face meetings in our office until further notice. Please contact us by phone on 01673 265090, request a call-back or email email@example.com whilst these measures are in place to book engineer calls or pay bills.
Attending your property
Before attending service calls, breakdowns or installations, our service desk will ask if you or anyone in your property is self-isolating. Where the answer is no, the heating engineer will attend as normal. If you or anyone in the property is self-isolating, we will ask you to rebook your appointment.
While our engineer attends your property, we will try to maintain a 2-metre barrier between engineer and customer and will carry (and use frequently) sanitising liquid to prevent the spread of infection. If you feel unwell, our engineer will ask you to move into a different room than the one where the work is required. This is to safeguard you, as well as our engineers.
We are monitoring their health daily.
Levels of service
We aim to maintain our levels of service throughout the outbreak and will continue to provide on-site engineer visits.
We thank you for your cooperation and wish you well during this difficult time.
